Location

A Location is defined and specified in OpenSHA by:

• Latitude (decimal degrees; -90.0 to 90.0)
• Longitude (decimal degrees; -360.0 to 360.0)
• Depth (km below ground surface; positive number)

At one time we also included Elevation (of the ground surface), but we decided to remove it until needed.
